For best long term results we recommend Opalescence day-time. The process involves taking impressions of your teeth which are used to fabricate custom made trays that fit exactly to your teeth. These trays are then worn by the patient at home for 30-60 minutes a day over a two-week period. The same bleaching trays supplied may be used at any time in the future when a touch up is needed – usually after about 2 years.
